Anne Neyens, or alter ego ‘Annie Mation’, is a Belgian artist living in Maastricht, The Netherlands. With her masters degree in the Audiovisual Arts she started her career as a visual development artist where she thrived and got to work for big names such as Disney, LEGO® and Pharrell Williams. With her experience in concept art and set design,
she now designs spaces for the real world and launches her new multidisciplinary interior design studio The Mationary.
In a world of digital renders, Anne brings the art of the handmade back into design. Each line is a quiet rebellion against the sterile and the predictable. We create in an artisanal way, thoughtfully crafted, through expressive hand-drawn design that carries warmth, character and soul.
